By accessing and using HireFeel ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HireFeel provides AI-powered resume screening and analysis tools for recruiters and hiring managers. The Service is currently in a Beta phase and is provided "as is" for testing and evaluation purposes.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You represent that you have the necessary rights and consents to upload any resume data or personal information to the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HireFeel. You retain all rights to the data and files you upload to the Service.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. HIREFEEL MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THEIR SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THESE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL HIREFEEL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Assignment
HireFeel allows you to assign these Terms only with our prior written consent. However, HireFeel may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction and without your consent, to a subsidiary, affiliate, or successor in interest in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
